Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments: Create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored therapy: Deliver individualized outpatient therapy to support healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive plans: Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients.
• Engage in collaborative care: Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists for holistic support.
• Ensure timely documentation: Complete billing, treatment plans, and insurance forms with professionalism.
• Participate in case consultations: Contribute your expertise to enhance client care through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license as required by state regulations.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus!
