Position Overview: The Clinical Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for leading and supporting the Mobile RN team to ensure quality clinical care and operational efficiency. This role involves staff supervision, training, performance evaluation, clinical inventory oversight, and collaboration with leadership to implement clinical protocols—ensuring consistent, safe, and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and patient care excellence. Responsibilities:· Oversee and support the Mobile RN team, including onboarding, training, and performance management· Conduct regular skills assessments and clinical audits to maintain quality standards· Manage day-to-day clinical operations, workflows, and client care escalations· Maintain supply room inventory and oversee ordering, audits, and organization· Collaborate with leadership on clinical practice changes and policy development· Resolve clinical concerns in alignment with policy and escalate when necessary· Participate in internal team meetings and performance review cycles
Schedule: Part Time or Full Time Available; 20-40 hours/Week; Flexible Schedule; Weekend Option Available
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: · Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity settings, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred · Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee clinical operations and supply logistics · Multitasking Abilities: Capable of managing multiple ongoing responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail · Professional Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator who can guide staff and support clinical decision-making · Customer Service Orientation: Committed to exceptional patient care and service recovery where needed · Team Player: Collaborative, approachable, and capable of building strong professional relationships with staff and leadership · Technical Proficiency: Proficient in EMRs, Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation tools · Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable adjusting to evolving processes and implementing change in a dynamic clinical setting Required Skills:· Clinical team supervision· Performance evaluation and staff training· Inventory management and auditing· Client care escalation and resolution· Quality assurance and complianceEducation/Experience Requirements:· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)· Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia· Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency, ICU, or similar acute care setting· Prior management or charge nurse experience preferred
