Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time, contract position offers a unique schedule—on-site just the first Friday of each month from 9am to 1pm—making it a perfect fit for professionals seeking an impactful but flexible opportunity. You will work closely with elementary students, overseeing a small caseload of approximately five children, providing targeted support to help them thrive in their school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid in Indiana
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with young children, parents, and educators
- Ability to work independently and manage a focused caseload
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs collaboratively with school staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services focused on enhancing students’ function and participation in school activities
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in line with school and professional standards
- Provide consultative guidance to teachers and families to ensure consistent support across settings
