POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for supporting end-to-end recruiting operations, coordinating candidate and hiring manager experiences, and contributing to process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle. This is a temporary role with strong potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business need. We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn professional who is ready to grow in Talent Acquisition!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate all phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to support requisition management, job postings, and sourcing activities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and requisition statuses within ADP Workforce Now, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks, drug tests, and new hire onboarding coordination.
- Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and other recruiting-related correspondence.
- Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Total Rewards, L&D, and Administrative team to ensure seamless hiring workflows.
- Handle confidential candidate and employee information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited 4-year university a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or HR capacity — including internship experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to grow within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborative team player with strong ownership, responsiveness, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Chinese is a plus
