We are seeking a skilled Cook IV Pastry to join our culinary team. The Cook IV Pastry will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.

- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry types and baking techniques
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Decorate pastries using various icings, toppings, and glazes
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Ensure all pastries meet quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry design
