Front Office & Practice Manager: Hormone, Peptide & Aesthetics Clinic
Location: Springfield, MO (in person)
Job type: Part-time, with a path to full-time
Pay: $18–$28 per hour, based on experience

Rare Health is a self-pay clinic in Springfield offering hormone optimization, peptide therapy and aesthetics. Our care follows evidence-based protocols, we give each patient unhurried time, and we hold a high standard for both clinical care and the patient experience. We're a small, growing team.
The Role
We're looking for an organized, polished and personable person to run the front of our clinic and keep daily operations moving. You'll work closely with the Nurse Practitioner as her right hand, managing the patient experience from the first inquiry through ongoing membership. This role suits someone who likes structure, takes ownership, and wants to help build a practice. If you're interested in peptides, hormones, fitness and nutrition, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Do
Patient Experience
- Greet and check in patients, and keep the clinic experience calm, welcoming and polished
- Answer calls, messages and new-patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Walk patients through our services, memberships and programs
- Answer general questions about peptide programs and lifestyle support, and send clinical questions to the NP
- Follow up with patients between visits to keep them engaged and on track
Practice Operations
- Manage scheduling, confirmations and the provider calendar in our CRM
- Process payments, memberships and packages
- Keep patient records, intake forms and consents organized and complete
- Order and track inventory and supplies, and coordinate with vendors and pharmacies
- Help build and refine front-office workflows and SOPs
- Support marketing, including social media, patient communications and local events
- Track key practice numbers such as bookings, memberships and retention
NP Support
- Work directly with the NP on daily priorities and patient flow
- Coordinate lab orders, results follow-up and patient communication
- Handle administrative tasks so the NP can focus on patient care
Requirements
- 2+ years in a front office, medical office, med spa, or customer-facing management role
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software and CRMs
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently on a small team
- Able to handle patient information with discretion (HIPAA)
Preferred
- Interest in, or knowledge of, peptides, hormone optimization, fitness and nutrition
- Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic or cash-pay practice
- Office or practice management experience
- Sales, membership or client-retention experience
- Social media or marketing experience
Schedule
- Part-time to start (weekdays, some flexibility), with full-time available as the practice grows
- No nights or holidays
