We are seeking an administrative assistant to complete accounts receivable, invoice input and time card reconciliation to be a part of our growing team. We have a team of good personel working together well. If you would like to work for a company that doesnt view there team as numbers this may be for you.

Duties according to abilities

* making phone calls to ongoing good customer base to solve accounts receivable problems

* follow accounts receivable procedures to contact customers and send correspondence including statement and invoices

* quick book experience a plus

* reconciling time card to billable invoices for technicians

* data entering invoices into customer portals

* good communication with customers

* back up for answering phones

* entering service calls into our system

* assisting in general administrative duties as needed.
