The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately. The Receptionist will handle a variety of general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, operating copy machines, and maintaining organized records. By greeting clients warmly and managing multiple phone lines, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations and enhances overall office productivity. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-6 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing multiple phone calls simultaneously.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of general office duties and administrative procedures.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copy machines.

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and operating office equipment including copy machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression for all visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and support daily office functions.
