Our Document Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams by managing and processing sales-related documents across multiple platforms. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure the secure and efficient movement of various files between different computer systems, delivering a smooth transfer of information while maintaining data integrity and compliance with security standards.
What you will do!
● Manually transfer deal-related documents between internal systems.
● Ensure version control and chain of custody for all deal-related documentation.
● Act as first line of defense against document related fraud and mishandling.
● Assist sales and operations teams with merging, splitting, and formatting documents to meet internal requirements.
● Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives needing document support.
● Work closely with the Revenue Operations team and other stakeholders to support process improvements and maintain data integrity across platforms.
Experience / Education / Background
● 1-3 years Experience in sales operations or deal desk - prior experience supporting teams with document handling is highly valuable
● Experience working with Salesforce, Sharefile, or comparable document storage systems preferred.
● Experience working with MacOS.
Skills
● Time management and efficiency - ability to prioritize and process a high volume of documents under tight deadlines.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to merge, split, and manage documents.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
