General Laborer – Construction
Land O’ Lakes, FL
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Talent Corps is hiring General Laborers for a construction project in Land O’ Lakes, FL. This is an immediate start position — a great opportunity to join a skilled team and get to work right away!
Job Duties:
- Assist with general construction tasks on-site
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols on site
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Standard PPE required
- Must pass a drug screen
