Summary of responsibilities
This position provides customer service support to the advisor’s clients and assists with administrative support in the firm’s daily operations.
Principal responsibilities
- Document preparation. Identifying and locating forms, preparing paperwork.
- Opening accounts and updating account information.
- Create and track all pending business paperwork from start to finish.
- CRM management. Cleaning up existing data and creating new workflows or systems to improve functionality.
- Money movement. Monitoring money movement status and all related actions.
- Client interaction. Communicating directly with clients to accomplish the above tasks.
- Assist advisor with marketing efforts. Such as webinars, updating contact management system and drip mailing programs for prospects and clients.
