Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction: Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Appointment Scheduling & Digital Records: Coordinate patient appointments, optimize the daily schedule, and accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR).

Insurance Estimations with Software: Utilize dental practice management software to verify benefits, process insurance claims, and assist patients with billing inquiries.

Collaborating with the Dental Team: Work closely with dentists and hygienists to ensure a seamless experience for our patients, from their initial call to post-care follow-up.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Computer & Technical Skills:

Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace) and general tech-savviness.

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft) is a strong plus.

Ability to quickly learn new software and digital communication tools.

Friendly Phones Voice: Previous experience with answering phones, receptionist work, or dental experience is required
