Sales Associate
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for seeking new business opportunities as well as engaging with both higher level management as well as lower-level management for reactive service opportunities. This role is expected to provide both new sales and retained sales through customer engagement and collaborate operations initiatives.
Directly Reports To: Director of Operations
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for using different platforms to identify high level targets within the Facilities Maintenance Industry
• Use different platforms to seek out contact information of recognized and verified contacts including cold calling, emails and social media
• Look for mutual beneficial B2B relationships under the guidance of management teams from both Evo Window & Door and EVO.
• Establish relationships with business contacts and arrange meetings to engage with upper management and potential customers to engage services and develop relationships between organizations
• Sometimes meetings will require travel out of state. Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Work with operations teams to transfer communication from customers to operations in regards to initiatives, feedback, critical information or job specific information as required.
• Periodically communicate with customers to engage in how Evo Door & Window is performing in meeting or exceeding their expectations and provide critical feedback to upper management and operations to ensure retention and satisfaction of customers.
• Create and manage sales goals with Evo Door & Window upper management
• Work with team to create and distribute content and sales presentations for new and existing clients
• Manage and post marketing material on social media platforms – Minimum once a week per company
• Work with Account Managers to review existing accounts and explore opportunities for growth and development of existing accounts in conjunction of account managers and account performance.
• Work with Account Managers to develop and create sales tours to visit both existing lower-level management at the individual locations as well as new customer targets that will provide leads and correct contacts. This will require planned trips into markets throughout the country up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Track all sales and submit for monthly review and approval at both upper management and regional management levels for approvals.
• Submit weekly sales tracker to be reviewed and discussed within weekly sales meeting

Reporting Required

· Weekly Review Completed and Turned in Every Friday
· Sales Log of Attempted Customer Interaction, Meetings Established or Completed and Upcoming Events
Candidate Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of construction or facility sales required
o Direct experience in restaurant and/or retail construction or facility maintenance is highly desirable
· Self-motivated and driven by uncapped potential to drive sales
· Excellent technical skills, including using computers, the Internet and file sharing required.
· Strong communication and team work skills to collaborate between departments within organization to increase sales throughout the country
· Strong personal management skills, dedication and organization required.
