Crossroads Courier is hiring an Operations Manager to lead one of our divisions in a fast-paced courier environment. You’ll run the operation like your own business: owning results, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement with the support of a growing organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed.
Salary: $85,000 annually + benefits
Location: Multiple locations (Relocation required)
Schedule: Full-time | 24/7 operations leadership
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for one division
- Drive efficiency, service levels, and growth
- Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff
- Own P&L performance, budgets, and cost control
- Track KPIs and lead process improvements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and meet SLAs
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage
- Lead new account launches and implementations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in logistics, transportation, courier, or fast-paced operations
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Proven people leadership and performance management experience
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
- Willingness to relocate
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
