Master Plumber
Location: Portsmouth, VA (Serving Hampton Roads/Norfolk area)

Home Investments is a Portsmouth-based residential restoration and construction company serving the greater Hampton Roads region. With 10+ years of steady growth, the company has built strong B2B restoration partnerships while expanding into roofing, plumbing, and residential direct-to-consumer services. The next phase is strategic diversification, leadership development, and operational scaling.
This is a foundational leadership hire to build and scale an in-house plumbing division. You will lead installations across restoration, remodeling, and new construction projects. The role requires independent execution, team leadership capability, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations and remodel work.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians or helpers.
- Coordinate with project management and subcontractors.
- Ensure code compliance and quality standards.
- Support the growth of the plumbing service line.
Qualifications
- Master Plumber License preferred (Journeyman with strong experience considered).
- 4 to 7 or more years of residential plumbing experience (new construction or remodeling).
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Clean driving record (company van provided).
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2, 40 hours/week (no emergency call rotation).
- Pay: $70,000-$100,000+ annually, depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided.
