<li>Strip and refinishing of floors * Routine Floor Care * Routine Carpet Care * Floor Care Specialists</li>
<li>Experience with floor care equipment, including, auto sweeper, auto scrubber and burnisher.</li>
<li>Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors; carpets, tile, concrete flooring and upholstery</li>
<li>Follow manufacturer's recommended guidelines, techniques and procedure when utilizing chemicals and cleaning supplies</li>
<li>Perform restoration functions on highly soiled or worn areas</li>
<li>Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization</li>
<li>Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of our business</li>
<li>Complete work assignments in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ability to work without normal supervision</li>
<li>Reports safety hazards as appropriate</li>
