Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children in a school setting, particularly K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and best practices in school-based therapy

Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement occupational therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support comprehensive student development
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide guidance and support to school staff on implementing therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress
