HiFyve is hiring Night Shift Lead Operators in the Precision Manufacturing industry
Salary: $28+/hour depending on experience
Shift Options:
Night Shift:
Monday – Thursday
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Fridley, MN
This role supports night shift manufacturing operations by leading CNC production activities, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production runs.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and support CNC production operations on night shift
Monitor machine performance and production output
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Perform quality inspections on finished components
Assist operators with setups and machine adjustments
Maintain safety and production standards
Communicate production updates with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous CNC machining and leadership experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
