Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required
• Active Illinois RN license (verified through Nursys)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
• Current skills checklist specific to ICU specialty (within 1 year)
• Complete work history and supervisory references with employment dates
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility location
