CNC Programmer
Pay: $25+/hour BOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support mill and lathe operations using Autodesk Fusion 360. This role is responsible for creating efficient CNC programs, assisting with basic machine setup, and ensuring components meet high-quality standards for specialized finishing processes. The CNC Programmer will collaborate closely with production teams to optimize machining strategies and maintain seamless workflow across operations.
Key Responsibilities

Program CNC mills and lathes using Fusion 360.

Interpret blueprints and 3D models to develop machining strategies.

Select tooling, feeds, and speeds, and simulate programs for accuracy.

Assist with machine setup, including part loading and tool offsets.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration with grinding and honing operations.

Maintain high quality standards and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer for both mills and lathes.

Expert proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM.

Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and blueprint interpretation.

Basic CNC machine setup experience.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
