Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble premium golf simulator structures in our local production facility
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry including trim, paneling, cabinetry, and interior build-outs
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and finish specifications accurately
- Work closely with other team members and project managers to ensure each build meets company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment safely and effectively
- Assist in setup, staging, and final detailing of simulator rooms prior to delivery
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve during fabrication and assembly to ensure flawless results
- Take ownership of quality control for your area of work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on construction experience, with a strong background in finish carpentry or interior trim work
- Proven ability to deliver precise, detailed, and aesthetically refined finishes
- Comfortable working in a shop or warehouse production environment
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and finish standards
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with others
- Physically fit and able to lift materials, operate tools, and stand for extended periods
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with custom interiors, cabinetry, or modular structures
- Familiarity with acoustical panels, specialty lighting, or wall treatments (helpful but not required)
- Comfortable using measurement tools, saws, routers, and other finish carpentry equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical or low-voltage wiring a plus
- Experience with material handling or forklift operation a plus
- Previous experience in a production or fabrication setting
