Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Contract Duration: 4 -5 Months
Schedule: Full-Time

We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently

  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and resolution rate

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
