Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Contract Duration: 4 -5 Months
Schedule: Full-Time
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently

Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and resolution rate
Qualifications:

3+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
