Event Assistants, event production setup, and general labor needed to help setup and breakdown for a private event taking place near The Waterworks, in Philadelphia (Center city) You must be based close to Center City, Philadelphia

Event Date: Sunday 5/326

Setup: 9am (hours vary)
Breakdown: 11pm

Must be available for both setup and breakdown

We are a boutique event design firm based in Southern New Jersey, we travel and create visual sets and displays for a variety of events. We are looking for local support staff to help produce the set and bring a theme to life.

This is a great opportunity to earn extra income, learn, experience new locations in a fun environment, and meet new people.

Specific tasks for this include loading and unloading and decor and centerpiece setting up. There will be a team of about 6-8. We are not moving tables and chairs. Previous event, theater, banquet, arts, floral, theatre set design experience is useful but not necessary. Everyone is assigned different areas dependent on your comfort level/skill set.

Payment available the same day.
