The Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia in Gastonia, NC is looking for one hospitality professional to join our team. We are located on 168 W Main Ave. Our ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, knowledgeable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Evening and weekend hours with some day shifts.
 
Responsibilities

<li>Presenting the menu confidently and able to make recommendations</li>
<li>Food and Beverage knowledge</li>
<li>Delivering a great customer experience</li>
<li>Teamwork</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Ability to listen and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Able to multitask efficiently</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Experience as a Server</li>
<li>Bar knowledge a plus - must be willing to learn</li>
<li>Upscale dining experience preferred</li>
