- 50% on net collections exceeding 2.25 times the base salary. Current full-time general dermatology providers have net annual collections ranging from $1,000,000 to $2.5 million.
- As part of a Clinically Integrated Network of New Jersey Providers, our organization enjoys commercial insurance rates that are over 20% higher than standard reimbursement rates.

Partnership Opportunities
- After a 2-year period, candidates interested in partnership may be invited to buy into the practice's assets at a nominal value, along with goodwill. Upon purchasing a percentage of the assets, the physician will gain control over the corresponding percentage of company shares and profits, which can enhance their compensation. When the physician decides to leave or retire, they can sell their shares back to the practice using the same formula as the initial purchase.
Additional Incentives
- Physicians may receive extra compensation for supervising Physician Assistants (PAs), Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), or Aestheticians, though supervision is optional. For new midlevel providers in their first year, the physician earns 10% of all production they oversee. This decreases to 7.5% in the second year and 5% in the third year. For midlevels with prior dermatology experience, the physician earns 5% of their annual production. Additionally, for any subsequent PAs or NPs supervised, the physician will receive 10%. A 5% incentive is also available for signing off on Aestheticians’ charts. Many practice physicians have reported earning over $90,000 annually from these incentive opportunities.
