This is a Contract position where you will handle customer inquiries, coordinate schedules, and manage service-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and attentive assistance to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for efficient dispatching.
• Process part orders, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of necessary components.
• Handle job responsibilities from initial customer contact to resolution, including authorizations and order processing.
• Address customer complaints empathetically, striving to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests.
• Implement sales techniques to promote services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor coverage and technician availability to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
• Strong ability to handle high call volumes, averaging 30+ calls per day.
• Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and handling service-related tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Familiarity with order entry and processing systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance and long-term success in the role.
