The Role: Site Manager
As our Site Manager, you’ll run the show at our customer distribution center – managing daily operations, drivers, and supervisors to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Lead & develop a team of drivers, supervisors, and support staff

Oversee daily yard operations, scheduling, and safety compliance
-
Partner with customer transportation teams on planning & execution
-
Monitor equipment, safety, and compliance (DOT/FMCSA)
-
Handle driver hiring, onboarding, and performance management
-
Drive efficiency improvements and keep operations on track
What We’re Looking For:

CDL A license preferred
-
Hands-on transportation/yard management experience
-
Strong leadership & communication skills
-
Proven ability to manage teams and improve efficiency
-
Comfortable making decisions under pressure
-
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, yard management systems)
