About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Merrimack, NH.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop long-term customer relationships, and drive business growth across your assigned territory through both inside and outside sales activities.
ResponsabilitiesSales and Business Development

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing opportunities.

Develop and grow business within the assigned territory and target industries.

Identify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and customer visits.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.

Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
Territory Management & Customer Visits

Conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory.

Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical solutions.

Represent Venair at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the territory.
Customer Service & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project follow-up.

Handle customer requests related to certifications, quality requirements, and documentation.

Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
-
1+ year of experience in Business Development, or Technical Sales.

Experience managing the full sales cycle in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with prospecting, customer visits, and territory management.

Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).

Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

New Hampshire or Massachusetts residents.

Valid driver’s license required.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
