Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of sheet metal components using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product compliance.

• Document inspection results, identify defects or deviations, and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and inspection reports.

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and industry regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control or related field is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within a sheet metal fabrication environment.

• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.

• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and quality assurance methodologies.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is advantageous.
