About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school caseload within a welcoming Sacramento-area district. Youll play a key role in helping students meet their communication goals through individualized support and IEP collaboration.
Position Details:

Caseload: Elementary (K5th grade)

Schedule: Full-time, 3537.5 hours/week

Location: Onsite at one or more school sites

Start Date: August 2025 through June 2026

Team: Supportive multidisciplinary team; SLPA support may be available
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments

Develop and implement IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy to students
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff/families
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP License (or eligibility by start date)

ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs considered

School-based experience is a plus
