About the Role
Join a fast-paced, FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility specializing in delicious cookies and bars! As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a vital role in executing daily production schedules in the packing area—ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Execute daily packing schedules to fulfill customer orders.
- 📦 Ensure timely and accurate packaging of products.
- 🧼 Follow allergen control protocols, including equipment cleaning and verification.
- 🔍 Conduct audits and take corrective actions as needed.
- 🛠 Investigate and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
- 🦺 Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
- 📚 Participate in required training and comply with food safety standards.
- ➕ Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $18.00/hr.
