Service Drive Coordinator – BMW of West St. Louis
Full-Time | starting at $18 per hour | 7:00 - 4:00 | Monday - Friday

BMW of West St. Louis is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Drive Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This is a key position in creating a smooth, premium experience for our service guests every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and direct customers arriving on the service drive to their Service Advisor.

• Manage service drive traffic to ensure an organized and efficient flow.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe service drive area.

• Park and move customer vehicles as needed.

• Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer needs.

• Support customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

• Perform basic vehicle checks (fluid top-offs, tire pressure checks, etc.).

• Occasionally assist with picking up or delivering vehicles to customers’ homes or offices.

• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Team player with a commitment to excellent customer service.
