Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Espanola, NM. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling services that promote student success and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and support to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expert recommendations
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school-based psychological services, including assessment and counseling
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to various school sites as required
