The Bookkeeper will serve as the sole accounting professional responsible for managing all club accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, member billing, payroll processing, and providing HR support, utilizing custom proprietary software to maintain daily and monthly financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process member billing accurately and timely
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance
- Maintain financial records and general ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
- Provide HR administrative support as needed
- Enter and update financial data in proprietary software
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports for management
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
