Fridley, MN | Elementary School | Full-Time (with Part-Time Options Available)
Starting Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
Full-time preferred, with part-time options available

Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Fridley, MN for the 2026–2027 school year, and this opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY).

This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a balanced caseload, consistent collaboration with other SLPs across two elementary buildings, and a structured environment that supports both growth and sustainability. It’s a strong fit for Clinical Fellows seeking mentorship and a clear CFY experience, as well as experienced clinicians who value teamwork and shared support.

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Elementary school setting across two buildings
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) split between sites
• Caseload: approximately 45–50 students with a variety of needs and classrooms
• No setting 4 caseloads (supported at a separate education center)
• Shared office space within buildings
• Collaboration with an additional Speech-Language Pathologist at each site

Clinical Support Through AnthroMed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or holding Minnesota SLP License and Minnesota educational SLP license
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
• Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))
