The search is on for a top quality, Restaurant Assistant Manager talent for our upcoming Mendota, Minnesota location.
If you are a seasoned restaurant manager from a “high volume" "Casual Dining" restaurant manager background and you looking for a career move to a very fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant concept, then we need to speak to you!

Ideal Qualifications include:
- 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a salaried Restaurant Manager
- Must understands food cost, labor cost control in a high-volume restaurant operation
- Must show solid upward restaurant manager progression
- Solid tenure as a restaurant Service manager or kitchen manager
- Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development
- Must enjoy being active in the local community!
- Must be able to pass background/drug screen

Manager Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant kitchen & FOH team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production.
- Manage food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor restaurant inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to optimize customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive sales through excellent guest service, team training, cost of goods control, and promotional strategies.
