Qualifications:

Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)

Driver’s License or Passport Identification

BLS (American Heart Association only)

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.

Must have reliable transportation to drive to work.

Must have up to date vaccinations with documentation status or be willing to get a booster
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct nursing care to individuals within a local facility.

Assess and address the healthcare needs of paitent's, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.

Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.

Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
