Join Our Team as a Transportation Coordinator at KVC Health Systems!
Do you have a passion for helping children and making a positive impact in their lives? KVC Health Systems is seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate transportation service for children within our service system. This is a unique opportunity to work with a compassionate team in a rewarding, mission-driven environment.
Schedule: 8 am- 4 pm, with flexibility in schedule as needed.
What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate transportation services.
- Ensure timely pickups & drop-offs of children entering foster care with utmost professionalism and care.
- Support the admissions department with placement changes, confirm all information regarding transportation requests, confirm Driver’s payroll and expense sheets, monitor Drivers status and availability.
- Work closely with transportation department, KVC staff and external clients to create a seamless, supportive experience for the children.
Qualifications:
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Must be 21 or older
✅ Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
✅ Experience with Children/Families preferred– Your experience will help make a difference!
Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email.
