Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, train, and develop production staff.

Recommended Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage production budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
- Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
