Job DescriptionRole: Customer Service/IT Support SpecialistLocation: Hudson, NY The Customer Service/IT Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a strong customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.Technical SupportWork with CAI databaseInput data as neededTroubleshoot technical issues and escalateStay updated on product changes and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers. Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including product development and sales, to address customer needs and feedback.Participate in team meetings to discuss customer trends, feedback, and potential improvements. Quality Assurance:Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer Answer phone calls and emails from a variety of customers, suppliers and vendors.Create proposals and contracts.Communicate with drivers and suppliers to monitor the location of shipments.Bookkeeping.Logistics support.Track and keep records of inventory.Maintain various databases and CRM systemsAble to work in a fast-paced environment.
