We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team serving elders in a community-based program.
What sets this role apart:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm schedule

No nights, weekends, or on-call

Geriatric-focused care in adult day health and home settings

Collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Massachusetts PT license
-
CPR certification
-
12 years of geriatric experience preferred
