Pay Rate: $47.18 per hour
Physical Work Location: 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 55415 - ON SITE
Shift: Weekdays + Business Standard Hours
Anticipated Duration: 3-month contract

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Product Governance & Risk Specialist to support our Business Execution team. This role focuses on governance and risk management within HR processes, helping drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in low- to moderately complex initiatives within HR Product Governance, ensuring alignment with risk management standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Review and analyze tactical Business Execution assignments, performing research, evaluation, and recommending alternative solutions.
Present recommendations to resolve low- to moderately complex situations, exercising independent judgment when appropriate.
Gain and apply an understanding of relevant HR functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide accurate information, support, and insights to internal client personnel regarding Business Execution activities.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or a related field).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives.
Familiarity with governance, risk management, or compliance frameworks (HR experience preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
