Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order environment. The shift is primarily evening hours, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts. The initial contract lasts approximately 4.5 weeks with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately for LTC patients
Process mail order prescriptions efficiently and in compliance with regulations
Prepare IV admixtures as required
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain accurate records and documentation per pharmacy standards

Qualifications:

Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is required
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in LTC settings
Knowledge of mail order pharmacy procedures and IV admixture preparation
Ability to work evenings and some weekends as scheduled
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Possible weekend shifts
