We are a commercial General Contractor that does ground up construction projects in the commercial and multifamily. We are about 90 employees so far and have offices throughout Florida. We offer full benefits (fully paid base plan for employee). We have a couple of projects set to break ground by middle of 2025 and more projects on the books into 2026.
We are looking for a Superintendent and Project Manager with ground up experience. This person needs to have overseen multiple projects and had a team of PMs underneath them. They will be overseeing projects from pre-construction through punchout.
What you need
- 4-10+ Years of Construction exp.
- Experience with Commercial is a MUST
- Experience using ProCore Software major plus
- 5+ Years of commercial Project Management
- Medical, Education, Government exp. major plus
- Required software exp. - Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Projects, Procore, or similar
- Preferred software exp. - Sage 300 CRE/Timberline and/or Sage Intacct, AutoCAD, or similar

Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
