About the Role
Oakes Auto Group is hosting a high-energy Sales Hiring Event + Training Class designed for individuals who want to break into automotive sales or take their career to the next level.
This is not your typical interview process. Instead of multiple rounds and long delays, we move fast. If you apply, you’ll hear from us quickly to schedule an interview. From there, top candidates are invited into our 2-day hands-on training class as part of the evaluation process, where you’ll learn the business, meet the team, and earn your spot.
We are hiring multiple Sales Consultants and looking for motivated individuals ready to grow.
No prior sales experience is required — we will train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do
-
Connect with customers in-person, online, and over the phone
-
Follow up with internet leads and scheduled appointments

Learn and execute the Oakes Auto Group sales process

Build relationships and guide customers through the buying experience

Participate in hands-on training and coaching

Maintain a professional, high-energy presence on the showroom floor

Requirements
