Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, payable vouchers, and invoices.
• Compile financial data to assist in the creation of routine reports and maintain accurate departmental records.
• Perform coding and processing of invoices to ensure accurate payment and financial tracking.
• Conduct check runs to facilitate timely payments.
• Support special assignments and related duties as required to meet organizational needs.
• Proven experience in accounts payable functions.
• Strong skills in coding invoices and processing payments.
• Familiarity with conducting check runs and managing invoice processing.
• Ability to compile financial data and prepare accurate reports.
• Proficiency in maintaining financial records and performing reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
