Pediatric Home Health Occupational Therapist - Boulder County, CO
Location: (Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette)
Additional expansion into the Denver Metro area
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Mon - Fri)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
After-school sessions (4:00-5:00 PM) strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
· Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to pediatric patients in home and community settings (homes, libraries, parks, daycares, etc.)
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
· Participate in Early Intervention services, including IFSP input, for children ages birth to 3
· Educate and coach families on therapeutic activities and strategies
· Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using EMR
Qualifications
· Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (required)
· Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently in home-based settings
· Reliable transportation for travel between visits
· Access to a PC, laptop, or tablet for EMR documentation
