Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients in a long-term care setting. This role requires a strong understanding of physiology and dietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide education on weight loss strategies and healthy eating habits to clients and their families.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of client assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential preferred.
• Experience in a home-based care setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of physiology related to nutrition and dietary needs.
• Proficient in developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and collaborate with caregiving teams.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Registered Dietitian (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
