Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Laurel, MD
Duration: 1-year base period with four 1-year option years
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to provide oversight and technical support for large-scale federal government construction and facility engineering project. You will act as a leader for construction efforts at a large project site ensuring technical quality, operational effectiveness, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale construction projects, providing day-to-day management and oversight of all construction-related activities
- Perform detailed schedule and design reviews; review contractor submittals for conformance with contract requirements
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and cost estimates and draft technical responses to change orders
- Coordinate with stakeholders and assist Government team throughout project acquisition phases
Required Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience on commercial or Government construction projects
