Key Responsibilities

- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and facility-related activities.
- Support office moves and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a high-tech or product management environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office operations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
